Wednesday Well-Being: Home Fitness via Iron Gym

I'm not one for TV infomercials, they are usually a big waste of your time and the only thing you're left with at the end is the question "Why did I just waste part of my life on that?". This couldn't be any more true when it comes to fitness equipment featuring yoked bodybuilders using the product giving you the false hope of one day being that ripped from using it. The problem is that most of the stuff advertised is focusing on one particular exercise and that really isn't the key to the ever elusive door of total fitness.

With all that said, if you are going to fall for any of these products, you should opt for the Iron Gym. If you haven't heard of it already then:

  1. Have you been living under a rock for a long period of time?
  2. It is a simple metal apparatus that affixes to your door frame so that you can do pull ups at home.
It also doubles as a rock to do push ups on for those of you that are too good for regular push ups, but all I'm getting at is that of all the possible things you could waste your money on, this would be the best one. Pull ups, push ups, some form of ab exercise other than crunches, and some cardio are all you really need to effectively get in shape and the Iron Gym offers three of the four.

Just a couple examples of what you can do with the Iron Gym.

As I alluded to in my previous Wednesday Well-Being, people always make excuses for not going to the gym, but at under $40 after shipping and handling and requiring minimal setup, if any, the Iron Gym is the way to go. Check in daily for fashion advice and next Wednesday for some more fitness ideas!
